In SOOO many ways. The relationship my wife and I have, the relationships I’ve made with my BOX community! It has set a whole new standard for lifestyle for myself, healthier/balanced diet, the addiction to seeing improvement.

What motivates/inspires you?

Truthfully…. competition! (I know that’s not what I’m supposed to say) I believe it’s a healthy and productive outlook on competition! “My take on Competition” Work hard, finish the WOD to your maximum output, be honest with yourself and hopefully one day, people will be aiming to compete against you and you against them!
