Andy Seelbach

Andy Seelbach
  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Andy started crossfit at CLCF in July 2011 when he became tired of DVD workout programs and Globogym boredom.  He has never looked back.

He completed his Level 1 trainer course in December of 2013 to better help those around him to make the steady fitness gains he has achieved.  Working out is no longer a task to be checked off his to-do list, but an enjoyable hobby and exciting way to keep up his active lifestyle.  He has competed in sports as far back as he can remember and played competitively through high school.  He loves camping, kayaking, golf, fishing, soccer, softball, trail riding, ultimate Frisbee, and anything where he can get out and move.  If it’s summer (which it is 10 months a year here), you will find him outdoors.

Warren Smith

Warren Smith, Clear Lake CrossFit
  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Warren began his Crossfit journey at Clear Lake CrossFit in March 2013 and has been a staple in the “Early Bird” class since he joined. Growing up as a baseball player, he knew he was missing something important once his playing career ended. CrossFit has filled that void.

Outside of the box, Warren and his father own and operate a trucking company. When he’s not at the box or at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog.

Warren earned his certification because he wants to help people succeed in achieving their goals – while making them smile in the process.

Jonny Boulos

Jonny Boulos
  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Jonny has always been passionate about fitness. He played basketball in his youth and kept up his workout routine after graduation. Always looking for the next challenge, he began CrossFitting in 2014 and embraced the philosophy of pushing past inner struggles and achieving goals. When he had the opportunity to begin coaching in 2017, he jumped at the chance to help others succeed, challenge themselves, and accomplish their own goals.

While in a very basic sense CrossFit is a workout, for Jonny and his wife, it has become a lifestyle. They enjoy the community, friends, and inner struggle as they push through WODs, often together. When he’s not at the box, Jonny can be found crafting culinary delights, adding to his crazy sock collection, or enjoying the outdoors with his wife and their dogs.
