How did you find CrossFit?
A friend told me about it. I signed up, he didn’t.

What is your athletic background?
Growing up, I played volleyball and softball.

How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, level of fitness?
I have always worked out, but I feel like I am in the best physical shape now (in my mid-30’s) because of CrossFit.

What motivates/inspires you?
The female coaches inspire me. I want to be able to do what you do someday.

What is your proudest (CF) achievement? So far my proudest achievement is double-unders. I can finally do about 10 without stopping.

Name one goal/personal achievement that you would like to achieve through CrossFit.
My goal is to do a pull-up without a band and run a mile under 9 minutes.

Hobbies/Interests outside of CrossFit?
I love to travel.

What is your favorite cheat meal?
Whataburger and Lupe Tortilla

I understand it can be intimidating, but you can do it. Don’t give up.
